About Soberon Meats



We are a small family farm that raises grass-based lambs, pasture pork, free-range hens, and rabbits. Our pork and lamb products are processed at a USDA inspected plant and vacu-sealed for maximum freshness. At Soberon Meats, we believe you will taste the difference in the meat we raise from animals given the highest standards of care and welfare with carefully balanced minerals and rotationally grazed pastures.

Freshly frozen, cut to order at a USDA inspected facility and vacuum sealed for freshness. Cured bacon and ham also available. Our whole and half hogs are pasture- raised in the summer and pork is available in September/October. We also have select retail cuts available at the farm of boneless pork chops, Italian sausage, and breakfast links.
